I'm happy to announce that https://escrow.pm/ is now live. escrow.pm is a fee free automated escrow service from the Cryptography LTD (registered in England and Wales) portfolio and we've kept things as simple as possible in order to ensure ease of use.

A seller creates an escrow transaction. He enters a receiving address, an amount, his email address (in case he loses the soon to be generated link) and notes regarding the transactions (terms, details that will help in case of a dispute etc). He is presented with a page outlining the transaction and is provided with a holding address to send coins to. Past this, he also has the ability to release the coins to the buyer (once confirmed) or dispute the transaction (in case of an issue).

Towards the bottom of the page is a rather obvious box which contains the link that should be given to the buyer. This link renders a very similar page, only lacking the ability to control the transaction (release coins).

A sample buyer confirmation page (once released) can be seen below.

Any comments or suggestions, we'd be happy to hear them. Disputes are handled using common sense and any investigatory abilities at our disposal. We do not guarantee transactions (we do not insure you against loss), but we've gone about this in a way to minimize risk to as great an extent as possible.

It seems we've managed to launch this platform successfully without encountering any major bugs! Transactions are starting to flow through, and I can only thank those of you who are helping us test this service :-).

Coming from somebody linked to Ziggap, this actually made me chuckle. Also, you might also want to stop linking to Ziggap... since it no longer brings up the Ziggap website - only a misspelled message (seems to be redundant advertising).

Now, going past that - we're a UK incorporated company, director details are public; and we are working on far bigger projects (such as our point-of-sale retail platform, and the cryptocurrency exchange that we're hoping will be the first regulated by the FCA). If you do not believe that we are "legit", then you're not forced to use us. You're welcome to come in to the OTC IRC channels and prod me for a chat at any point.

Please check this scam accusation https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=237537 before using the escrow's services.
