I know the main thing is collateral and my collateral is 3 Amex serve accounts and cards. All my personal accounts. ID matching. I've sold 4 in the past 2 days for 0.01 so that should cover that..

Youe accounts, ids, etc., are invalid. You should read https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0 and lock this thread if you do not have any valid collateral.

You should read the stickies, before you post here asking a Loan.
If you did it then you will know that these accounts that you offer, is not conwsider as Valid Collateral.
So, if you don't want to destroy your Account here and try to sale some of these Amex serve accounts of yours, lock this Thread.

Your account is not worth 0.01 BTC. If you could add or offer other form of collateral I can fund your loan, but until you cant provide a valid one then then your request will not be funded because of your collateral is not enough to cover the borrowed amount in case you defaulted your loan. Appraised value of newbie accounts are close to worthless.

I'm putting up 3 to 4 Amex serve accounts as collateral. All in my name. ID proving it. Accounts are very active. I've been selling one account for 0.01 let alone. So I think 3 accounts is more than enough collateral
