Your account is not worth 0.015 BTC. If you could add or offer other form of collateral I can fund your loan, but until you cant provide a valid one then then your request will not be funded because of your collateral is not enough to cover the borrowed amount in case you defaulted your loan. Appraised value of member accounts are very low.

Also you have no history and you can't sign any Address of yours.

I suggest that you offer something more valuable as Collateral or better, lock this Thread.
