coinbase will let you turn btc to cash  then send it to you bank  you bank can send it to paypal.

you could sell you btc to a trusted forum member but you are new which means you would need to trust them and send btc first.

I used to buy btc with paypal and had the guy with btc send first.  but paypal starting asking me why I was sending payments overseas a lot so I stopped buying.

Happens that in my country Banks arent allowed to manage USD by themselves, so I would need to use a 3rd party

also happens if that member wants cna reverse the transaction because paypal gives priority to the  consumer meanwhile BTC transaction cant be reversed

Yeah I used to help people out like you I did a few purchases of btc from them and paypal started asking me question after question after question.  As to why I sent money to 5 or 6 different countries.  So I stopped buying btc with paypal.

Where do you live? , you should better find a local trader to exchange btc directly to your local currency it will be more less in fees and faster ,bitcoin local traders can be found in any country now , forget paypal you will pay alot of fees and asked alot of questions.
