I put bitcoin into cloudbet because i want to play the live roulette but i saw the the bets a too high so I want to withdraw may bitcoins guess want they tell me that if i want to withdraw i must  withdraw back to the wallet address i sent from , that means if every casino did that, then people using coinbase, luno and every other online wallet went be to withdraw they fees and the sad thing is that these people pay review sites to give them good rate and people too say good things about the site on youtube

Hi mandla.jiane,

Withdrawal are instant but due to security reasons, it might take up to 24 hours to be processed. But on cloudbet, you can't deposit and immediately request a withdrawal without even placing a wager. Still, if you want to withdraw without making use of Cloudbet's services, you will need to withdraw to the same wallet address that you made your deposit from. Use this address to withdraw: 3AhpkBp2xR2h1JLnob71aZvyT8TN5tFxjt
3CD1QW6fjgTwKq3Pj97nty28WZAVkziNom.

I hope this helps clarify your query, but if there's anything else I can help you with please let me know.

Best regards,

Drake

Hi mandla.jiane,

We notice that you have deposited and are now submitting for a withdrawal without having made any wagers. Can I ask that you explain your reasons for doing this?

If you wish to withdraw without making use of Cloudbet's services, you will need to withdraw to the same wallet address that you made your deposit from. Once this is done, please contact support again and we will check the destination address.

Best regards,

Mark

If I want to bet somewhere, I first take a look at how high the bets are and then decide to deposit or not.

You should also first google: cloudbet scam

But you can contact their licensor. Good luck!
