The fact that steam guard is enabled on those accounts isn't exactly a positive thing. Steam accounts are considered non transferable and adding account balances to them with the intention to sell them as such is point tless in. Steam guard allows for account passwords to be reset with just a few clicks.

If you have receipts for the Steam giftcards, I guess you might be telling the truth. But I'm wondering how you managed to put 873$ in a single account when https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=6088-UDXM-7214#restrictions says that "Currently we are restricting Steam Wallet balances to $500".

Maybe they changed their restrictions, but I can't find an announcement.
