Bitcoin is getting reconsidered once again do you think its going to get approved or denied? Approval does it mean BTC rockets up ? Denial does it mean it takes a dump like in March? May 15th is the last day of approval.

No way we are going to see the ETF approved. If I could I would short BTC once it gets rejected, but im not sure 100% so im not going to risk losing a lot of money. I'll just continue watching the show from the sidelines while holding, and if it crashes as hard as the last ETF rejection of the Winklevoss, im going to buy more because as we saw the last time, those opportunities are very rare and get bought back real fast.

I agree with that. The fundamental problem of the bitcoin as pointed out in the last verdict wold not be solved in two months.

On March 10 There are an article that handed a proposal to the SEC, but The SEC just handed Bitcoin a huge setback, The Securities and Exchange Commission has denied the application for the Winklevoss Bitcoin Trust ETF, in a stunning defeat for its founders, due to the unregulated nature of Bitcoin. The result is a major setback for the fund, and a frustrating false start for the crypto-currency at large. but if this is a proposal once again lets just hope it gets approval it will be a great step forward for bitcoin it this continued.

Let me tell you one thing lets say that bitcoin does not need ETF to begin with to grow further but if SEC comes up with a decision to allow ETF for bitcoin then it will be a positive step and we can expect a big flow of investment in it which in turns reflects in the price of bitcoin, the possibility of approval is slim as i do not know whether there is any drastic changes in the outlook of bitcoin in the eyes of SEC.

We thought that the last time was the last time Wink and now we are getting another take on ETF.
One is certain, even if this fund won't be approved the mere fact that SEC is not refusing to work on it is pleasing.
That means that  there is a slight hope for ETF to be approved in the future. Just don't expect it will be in May.

Has anything changed since the last time it was rejected?

Absolutely nothing. People just like to grab something to hold on to in the hope that the price will increase further than it has done already. It's pure greed. It's funny how people after the rejection say that Bitcoin doesn't need an ETF, that it didn't have any impact on the price, etc, while they now think it will give the price a massive boost. People here are nothing more than a bunch of sheeps. They are just following each other because they don't know what to do or think themselves.
BS. An ETF means more $ flowing into BTC. Fact. So it would a good for the price short term. BTC doesnt need an ETF because its doing fine without it.

Read properly! Did I say it wouldn't have a positive effect on the price? Or that the ETF is no good? I was just stating what others are saying. I have always been a fan and a supporter of an ETF as this will allow institutional money to flow into Bitcoin. It's a big deal, but the sheeps I was referring to didn't see any value in this ETF back then, but now they suddenly do. It's a complete 360 shift.

It maybe one great step forward but the problem still is the decision of SEC.  I only see anothe set back becaue since March 10 where Bitcoin proposal were rejected, there is not much of changes in bitcoin, worst its political drama worsen, lots of exploits and bugs have been added to the con list of bitcoin.  The only positive thing is the acknowledgement of Japan to bitcoin being money.  Aside from that everything is the same.  So I guess SEC decision will stay the same.

May i ask what exploit and bugs are you talking about. Not only Japan accepted bitcoin, Russia too changed its policy and that might not deter the decision of SEC but lets hope for the best and does the bugs you are talking about limited to BU and if that is the case it has nothing to do with bitcoin as it is just a shill party trying their amateur skills to find a solution for the scaling issues.

This recent increase in Bitcoin price could be due to speculation that the upcoming ETF vote. If it's not approved, the price could drop a lot.

I disagree once coin was not approved the price did decrease but then rebounded very fast, much more quickly then many thought thus showing the stability of bitcoin. If not approved again by sec I see no change in price.

If it was approved I think bitcoin will skyrocket, but lets be honest, that is not going to happen it was not approved a few months ago and there is no reason to think that anything has changed and could get us that approval.

Whoever is brave enough, should open a short on may 15. It's impossible, simply impossible that it gets approved, so we know the outcome.

What we don't know is if the market will act predictable (with a sell off) or troll us and nothing will happen and potentially the rise will continue.

If there is a sell off then shorts will make tons of money.

But lots of experienced analysts like Tone Vays predict $2000 by august, so we are going to see an interest development in price. Either nothing happens or we see a flash crash with a flash recovery.

There should be a small correction when the SEC rejects once again ,it is just a reaction we see from the market but as long as there is more investors because of the Japanese market the price will hold firm, but looking at the past history whenever there is a negative news the market do correct and then rebound and that is what i am expecting in this case as i do not believe that there will be a approval even this time around.

Didn't hear of this going for it's second approval attempt but that could be the reason for the optimistic view thus the rise in price in the last couple of days to the current level it is of now.
Knew there had to be a reason and I do think it will be passed this time since last time it did not reach the ath and was not past gold prices at the time. But now is it's second coming and it has passed the old asset of investors and more appealing to those same people now it has overshot that mark of excellence or the gold standard if you will.

There won't be a big dump in the price. In the past Etf approval several things has been quoted which can't be fulfilled in two months time. And as above mate mentioned big investors might try to play causing a dump and make use of it. But this time dump won't happen, because last time a big dump was expected which has been outlawed.

There will most likely be a flash crash of 10 or 20% but that's the price fluctuation you can expect from bitcoins on any given day so whoop dee doo. I highly doubt it's going to get approved, but if it does we are going to explode through the moon and head into the sun.

I've heard some people say it could negatively affect the price. Is that possible?

If it does take off, how far can it go? Can bitcoin be really expensive and be useful still? I mean I suppose it is already you don't necessarily need to have 1 whole bitcoin to use it I suppose the value is what you get no matter what price it is.

We have not seen a huge dump during the first rejection of ETF, and a bitcoin price increased on the 2nd rejection of Bitcoin ETF.  I do not think that the upcoming decision after SEC review the Bitcoin ETF  have a major effect on bitcoin price if it gets rejected.  It may pump the price if the decision is reversed and accepted the Bitcoin ETF since it will bring in more fund to Bitcoin economy.

No one is expecting that the ETF will get approved just because it gets reviewed again.
So I can not imagine a big dump happening after the next rejection getting announced. Sure someone may try to shake the market but if you're smart you just ignore that short timeframe and I'm sure we'll be back on track pretty quick.

Probably another denial, because the SEC doesn't like Bitcoin due to risk.  Why would they want to approve something even remotely risky? It doesn't make them money.
