Exchange to trade BTC only without AML mess?

Hi guys,
I've been using bitfinex to trade BTC, but with their current problems it doesn't look like i will be using them until issues are solved.

Can you recommend good exchanges which will not require answering 100 AML questions + submitting ID when trading BTC only?

Based on opinions found on reddit i EXCLUDE:
- Bitstamp
- Coinbase

I was considering Kraken but i've seen reddit thread where user had to verify themselfs to tier 3.. just to trade BTC.

Any other good exchanges? Btc-e?

if its an fiat<->btc exchange then expect AML/KYC

if its just an altcoin<->btc exchange that has no mention of fiat use/trading or accepting fiat in any form then it wont be hit by fiat regulations.

if you find a fiat accepting exchange thats not got any AML/KYC then be more concerned, because its flaunting fiat laws which can leave it to have bad things happening later. so dont hold/leave funds in those exchanges for long

Any exchange that involves Fiat does the AML/KYC
Most exchanges that involve trading Altcoins and crytocurrency as franky said will allow you to trade with withdrawal limits example poloniex.
Leaving your options with bitcoin machines, localbitcoins or perhaps something like quickbt for small amounts with interac/flexpin and phone verify.

Oh and I forgot the fourth route
Being the Mint and mining the coins ^^
(They have never been used before so that pwns all AML/KYC)

As quoted, for smaller amounts of trading needs localbitcoins were good enough to fulfill OP's requirement. But here too based on the trader you need to reveal your identity for transaction purposes. To get the issues get sought it might take more time for bitfinex.

Any transaction over 10k must be reported separately. It applies when you purchase big ticket items as well, sometimes. Even withdrawing that much will trigger the bank to ask you what the transaction is about.

There is probably a lower threshold as well; because of how Poloniex is set up, I suspect it's 2000. Any exchange you find that doesn't follow rules like this, is probably janky and risky to use.
