Online hash rate missing

My litecoin mining hash rate does not show on any pool. What could be the problem here? cgminer 3.0.1 shows the hash rate perfectly fine and it claims to be connected properly to the pool. Anyhow I dont see any results shown online.

In the ST and HW fields in cgminer are there big numbers? Your card might be misconfigured and so shows that it's hashing properly but is actually 100% stales or hardware errors. Also, if you're trying to mine litecoin are you using scrypt mode?
