I'm tempted to post another prediction, but I have run out of tea, runes and sticks...

Here you go.
I suspect the price will hold for a while, at just below 1600, dropping to high 1400 and rising to 1530 for the end of May...

I would say +$1600 in the next days
50% by tomorrow
30% in 48 hours
20% before the end of the week  Smiley

WTF is that trend? Oo
It's going up so faaaaaaaaast
I'm really sad to not having a long opened ^^

I told myself this was the month to go long 4 BTC. What little I acquire/mine keeps going into gear.
I think in the end miners will continually screw themselves, while hodlers will prosper.

And if you mine to hodl, the last year a so, you are falling behind in comparison to the person who took mining gear funds and put directly into BTC.
Mining only seems to work when difficulty and price is slightly ascending to flat. The current environment is steep ascension in price and difficulty.

May be less than 30 days it will get more than 1500 $.
The price is changing very fast since few months and the world starts really observing charts of bitcoin and other currencies.
Bitcoin is about to change the world's sight about the decentralization and online security.

Dude follow a bit, the price is already faaaaaaar above 1500.

It seems that the sir was right!

Seems like the most practical speculation here. I am thinking the 1500 bubble will burst soon and price will be back to 1300s by end of may probably. But if we are lucky it might not drop below 1400 and continue its gradual rise and fall thereafter.
We do really like to see the price to gradual increase and never go back to its lowest low but it wont really happen on bitcoin because of its volatility price. We would definitely drop but not below $1200 price its just my own view but still dipping prices is also a good scenario because at that time we can buy again cheaper coins and sell off again when its high.

If you believe it's a bubble.
In my case I'm not so sure about it being a bubble... Yeah surely the price went high fast but so went the news.

Imagine if even 1% of Japanese took interest in btc its 1million new adopters. That's a good reason for a higher price!

It would only take 1m Japanese avg joes hodling 0.1btc
and 10k Japanese corps hodling 100btc

We'd prob easily be over $10,000

Kraken EUR 1,448.00
I don't understand how these exchanges can be so far apart from each other, it just doesn't make sense. I would expect for a ton of the exchanges to be way closer together than they are, and yet they manage to have differences of close to $200. Won't investors be trading Bitcoin on the cheap exchanges on the lucrative exchanges and so?
I might just be stupid, but it doesn't seem like that's how this is supposed to work.

Well in some countries only some exchanges are convenient to use and some aren't even accessible. There are also currency exchange rate differences and different restrictions that makes prices higher than in other places. Trust me, nobody actually wants to realistically buy at 1600+ when you can snag coins for ~1500. You also have to realise the "cheap" exchanges may have restrictions making it hard to get money in and out.

Yea. I saw BTC hit $1700 at Polo for a few minutes. But, it was trading much cheaper on other exchanges. I think that's why it dropped over $100 so damn quickly

Couldn't you open an account, send altcoins with tighter spreads, sell for cash you can't take out, but then buy discounted BTC, then transfer out?

Never-mind, Looking at OKcoin and BTC-e, everything dollar denominated is discounted across the board. No way in, means no way out.

The prices currently are doing too good; it is making hope for those who have expectations from the BTC. The prices will continue to rise with a least chance of coming down in the end of May. The BTC have the potential to grow more in the current month and even afterwards and I guess before end of this month we may have $2000 levels tested. The people who are holding the BTC are the lucky ones  Cheesy

We will see how far bitcoin could reach before correction happen, after 15th May when ETF review by SEC done and another rejection as the result may cause panic sell and bitcoin price fall down below $1200 again but how if ETF get approval? $2000 will be achieved within this month I think.

I think so. The panic sell factor is probably teh single most important factor that you can take into consideration. If the ETF gets rejected again there is definitely a chance that people are going to panic and sell their bitcoins but I don't think there is a high probability of that happening because we're pretty much used to getting bitcoin rejected by the ETF.

The first Winklevoss twins ETF was the most hyped, whilst afterwards, nobody gave a damn.

Still though, I think adjustment in price is coming soon.

The price correction is obvious, just with basic math and logic people will know it indeed, there's no need of waiting till ETF gets rejected again because after it surpasses $1500 people will seem to feel it's already over the targets they were aimed, so, be ready for price correction in the coming time.

I have seen a lot of news over the past 6 months, since BTC sold for around 600 dollars.
One thing that seems to have stood out in the news is the relentless positive attitude surrounding Bitcoin.
The price continues to thrive and big business wants a piece of the action.
Words such as 'decentralized' and 'blockchain' have become so common in start-up's and established business.
In a world where where we used to have emoji's we now have guides on emoji grammar. The online world is changing.  Shocked
I cant tell you all that I have any more knowledge than the average Bitcoin Miner.

So fro 600 to 1300 dollars in 6 months, My prediction is for BTC to hit $1500 in 30 days. That's my logic!

If it doesn't, I you have my word that I will not try to predict the future again, now where did I put my crystal ball....

It did not take long for the prediction to come true, so keep your crystal ball and keep making predictions, but try to seize your profits before the price goes down because this price is not going to be possible to maintain for long.

+1500 dollars and holding for days, we all need to congratulate OP for his accurate prediction. I thought that this is impossible, I need to admit, I expected drop after 1400 dollars and price to be around 1200 dollars, but this is surprise for me, price is going up steady and like there is nothing that can stop this grow. I will pay more attention on OP`s future predictions, well done!
