The "amount" you are sent is most certainly gained by illegal means.  Don't be left holding the bag.

Dont 21.co use credit cards and paypal as well? If so, he could send money, have the user cash out, send money to him and then do a chargeback. Sounds like one of those Indian buyer scams where they send a check over the price, person cash check and send the difference back and then being left with a bad check. Like Vod said, its likely illegal.
