Is there no payment for this week or am  I just missed out from the payment sheet? Have been the new rates already applied or is this planned for the next week?

Op didn't say that there is no payment for this week. So basically  there is, for this week but its kinda delay. It must have been yesterday. Op didn't even clarify the payout for hero and up. If it was just typo error or it is really was.

Could you clarify the payout rates? In the spreadsheet it says hero members get 0.00006 BTC, but in the OP it says that we get 0.0006 BTC. Which one of these is correct?

Surely it was BTC0.00006.

You can check the latest payout as the reference. No such payment of above BTC0.01.

Transactions are never cancelled. Transaction will confirm one day(might take many days).

You may try viabitcoin's transaction accelerator, but is really hard get a spot because the network is overloaded
