Can someone fix something that doesn't even knows if it really needs to be fixed?

For God's sake why would we want to solve greenhouse gas?
It's April 27th and we still have snow on the ground in Wisconsin!
I say we need more greenhouse gas, I'm sick of winter and snow!!!

I've been saying this for awhile now, scientists have technically already solved it, they've managed to get bacteria to eat carbon dioxide and produce ethanol/electrons etc. so what's needed now is investment in that area rather than "W3 NEED M0AR WIND TURBINES AND REGUL4TION 2 S4V3 THE PLANET AND MAKE ME LOTS OF MONEY!".

Idk. I'm a big fan of solar and that kind of alternative energy. Geothermal would be the ultimate. I think we have it easy in the us with regard to environmental taxes. Hmm.

Yes, certainly not everyone who drives a clean energy vehicle doesn't really need to know the damage other people do to the atmosphere with their spew-mobiles.

Two reasons.

1. Fun.
2. Profit.

Ok three.

Solar energy and most renewable (except perhaps hydro) cannot survive without government subsidies.  Wave energy would be really cool but no one has been able to successfully harness that yet.

Climate change is a normal proccess in nature it changes constantly and it depends on
sun's activity and water flows in ocean.
Is not possbile to solve "crisis" as every "crisis" is man made event!
When you hear talking about green house gases you only hear talking about CarbonDioxide like
this is a unique and only cause of the warming.
They ("grovements",politicians) had to find another area to
tax on people. Also they invented the CO2 certificates so now the finacial
"industry" can trade rather spaceulate on this fantasy items.
Also co2 is good for plants if there is more co2 then the plans
should grow faster isn't it? Wink

Do not trust everithing that is served to you trough mass media espacially
news starting with "Newest research shows..." Wink

What if instead of govt subsidies we had market based incentives to grow solar, farm some kind of cc based on solar energy.  Sell back unused power to the grid....

I don't think they are related in any way...

although bitcoin is , in the end, more ECO friendly vs. trucking around paper everwhere
