the given applying method is a bit difficult for crypto users here. specially that video part. do you want the person to show his face and describe the things?

But I think not most of the people. I do see lot of linkedin profiles with photograph and some people are releasing videos on interview and interactions, when you check with altcoin community you can come across these.

That video part is still good and if it is not mandatory, you may not lose competitive candidatures.
