If dev do so, BlackBit will lose BT users interested and by any way better to coin dump in first days than dump coin in later days. that is my thought.

Large supply is good if dev team can create massive demand like XRP does ( around 37Billion circulating supply.   ) and some other successful high-supply coins.
-devs transparency like interviews and stuff
-other potential devs joining the team
-in big exchanges for liquidity
-very active in social medias
-PR
-unique roadmap
-constant development
etc...

If you dont have that, 9B coins will just end up dumped below 10 sats, leave dev wondering why his coin cant even lift up.

The transfer on the block chain are all under 9 Billion but all near 7 Billion.
So only the dev can explain this one.
