I think it is better if you inform your player by email once manual verification is needed before releasing the funds.
The information on email can be something related to the reason and/or the estimation time on how long the verification will be done.
At least your player knows why withdrawal take longer than usual without asking you here in this thread or by email.
Just a suggestion based on my experience on other site when my withdrawal is delayed due to a specific reason.

I saw that there are delay cashouts that happened to your platform, it will be good if you can make your cashouts automatic and you will only do manual for big cashouts. So your platform can compete to other casinos out there.

We have certain cases already stablished in which cashouts have to be manually verified. We used to process most cashouts automatically before, but had to limit those for some exploits we had in the past.
Probably in the future we can allow more automatic cashouts, but for now we have to do it like this for security.
Most cashouts doesn't take longer than a few hours to be manually verified anyway, so you can expect to receive your money really soon in most of the cases!
