Hello, I'm new, I installed "Electrum", then I clicked "receive" and then I copied the address of "receiving address" then I pasted it on this site:

to exchange my credit of 50 € Paysafecard against bitcoins.
I got a message saying it's done (exchanged I think) but where and how can I find these bitcoins with Electrum?
Thank you
The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

For one thing, that service seems rather scammy and does not look particularly trustworthy. You may have been scammed.

If you were not scammed, they should have told you the transaction id of the transaction that sends you the Bitcoin. You don't need to do anything to receive it; you don't even need to have your wallet online or synced. To see whether you received the Bitcoin, lookup your address in a block explorer like https://blockchain.info/. It will tell you if there are any transactions to that address. If there are, make sure that your wallet is fully synced with the network.

If you want us to help, you will need to post the address that you had them send the Bitcoin to.

Easily check the transaction and see where coins gone. It isnt hard to google that.

Hello, thank you for your answers, this is the first time I do these exchanges so I do not understand everything that needs to be done. In "blockchain.info" I do not know what to look for.
My address of "Electrum" that I pasted on the other site is:

thank you

The website is a block explorer. They let you search for all transactions related to a transaction id, the details of a transaction, the details of a block, among other things.

This is the link on blockchain.info for details about your address: https://blockchain.info/address/351KGLye7YUUmRsM1eQx6ZceFen7g1CwLJ. As you can see, they know of no transactions related to your address which means that whoever you bought Bitcoin from either did not send any or the transaction that sent you Bitcoin did not propagate well and thus you and blockchain.info don't know about it. I'm betting it is on the former. I think you have been scammed.

1) If it had worked how could I find my bitcoins and use it to buy online? Because my Electrum account is on my PC. I do not know how the bitcoins would arrive on my PC?
Technically, there are no such objects as a Bitcoin. It is all based upon transactions. Transactions create outputs and consume outputs of other transactions. They then get recorded permanently in the blockchain. When you spend Bitcoin from a wallet like Electrum, what you are doing is you are creating a transaction which consumes outputs created by other transactions and then broadcasting that to everyone so that miners will then add it to the blockchain. There is no need for your wallet to be synced or to even be online in order to receive Bitcoin as there is no "Bitcoins" that arrives at your computer. When you next go online, your wallet will just ask nodes who keep the entire blockchain for your transactions that have been added to the blockchain.

Wallets handle tracking all of the transactions and creating the transactions. Just use the send tab in Electrum to send Bitcoin.

2) can you tell me commment (which reliable site) to buy the bitcoins with paysafecard?
No reputable site that I know of will accept paysafecard or any other form of prepaid card. You can try localbitcoins where you will be trading with other people, but that is also not guaranteed to be scam free. To avoid being scammed, always use localbitcoins' escrow feature.

If I understand that correctly and you still have the funds on your paysafecard... I'd suggest sending it somewhere else as fast as possible! that exchanger-bitcoin site would appear to be a scam:

Hello everyone, thank you for your answers and advice. I think that for me who does not know well this environment, the best is to go to the known sites and open an account on these sites.
thank you
