From where do you know if admin who locked your thread is already an old man?
FYI we already have a young admin, theymos. He is still 25 yo.
The age of admins has nothing to do with your problem, you are the one who made mistake, you have admitted by yourself.

There are 3 admins of the forum and from what I know 2 of them are on the younger side(same goes for most mods too).

The requirements for becoming a moderator here are not age restricted. Staking your claim to become a mod here because you are young won't get you very far tbh buddy.

Lizidev, please stop crying. Moderator who locked your thread made a good decision, because your thread was full of spam.
Just because forume administration is trying to fight against spam, you call forum as not innovative, seriously.
And how moderator age related to it? It's no matter, staff member is young or not, they would lock spammy threads.
If you don't like rules of bitcointalk, just leave bitcointalk and create your "innovative" forum with your own rules.

Actually a lot of startups and new (but successful) companies are currently having problems because they are controlled by very young people with little/no management experience.

Uber is a good example of this, as they have had a number of recent snafus somewhat recently that reflected the immaturity of their then-CEO. Facebook is another example, although their non-'C' level employees have more experience, which somewhat hides the inexperience of Zuckerberg.
