I am paying $50 in bitcoin to whoever can find and remove the virus on my website.

I think the virus installed itself from COINURL.com

now anytime someone visits my site, ads that should be for bitcoin, a-ads, and adsense now display fishy malware ads

lot of the ads point to 3rd rate advertising agencies

some try to pop up and force flash downloads

it is a nightmare!!!

www.d3fc.me

use google chrome to inspect code element, or some other web program you can think of.

I have removed coinurl ads from homepage but somewhere is a line of code that has permanently put the ads to come back up

If you can isolate the code I will award the $50 after my site is clean, you may need my login info but I prefer to delete the code myself if you can find it

I will try. but you can do this yourself easily. I think you are using blogger or wordpress. the malware ads usually come when you use Popads monetization services.
I think the pop ad codes are still somewhere in your website's code.
simply change your website's template.
and if they are from coinurl than remove coin url ad codes from your site.
it should be cleaned.

Are you sure the site is infected? It seems the site is okay, its your local machine that's infected with adwares. Can you PM me a screenshot of the site as you see it with the unwanted ads?

i never used popads but i have used coinurl, and 2 other bitcoin ads. no popups was supposed to be banner only.

but they apparently uploaded hack code to my site template.

seems to somehow affect d3fc.me and now also d3fc.com

changing theme has not worked will try again

the site appears normal at first.
it did on my girlfriends mac
NOW it shows ads when loaded on her mac.

SOMETIMES when I delete google chache and everything, it appears normal on google (for a while)

either we are affected by same virus from facebook sites we have visited, or MY site gave us both the same virus

also, http://kingtylersjournal.blogspot.com/ does not suffer the same infliction,
being on blogger and not on my domain it is actually https

could https be the reason? vs http

changing theme does nothing

Have checked the site and the screenshot you sent. I am 99% sure it is some malware in your machine. Try scanning the machines for any adwares. I am still trying to figure out of any malicious codes, but cannot detect any in the source files.

Id like to give this a shot.. Do you have a Facebook? The reason im asking is so i can send a few screenshots of a blog i found that might help. Also i am not a professional so I'd be willing to only charge $35 if it works..

thanks, it is my machine. why it is on my girlfriend's machine also is beyond me.

I will have to buy an external hard drive, put all my photos videos and important ebooks there, and delete everything else.

I 100% doubt that any ad ware removal program in existence can find the virus.

question, how can the malware be so advanced that it displays fake ads on both chrome, safari, AND firefox???

Do you have any relevant skills to offer ? If no,it is called begging.Maybe take some online free tutorials and learn something.

On my Linux chrome machine,I'm unable to get any pop-offs or disturbing adds.Everything seems to be working fine.I do have a flash add on the page which is perfectly aligned with the content and I'm assuming it's your own campaign.
P.S. : I can solve the issue if you can grant me access to your code, because problem lies there.Do inbox me.

It could be something that it is intercepting the network requests as a whole and modifying them.
Try it on a smartphone. If the malware ads are still there, try on wifi vs on cellular data.

Try an antivirus like Malwarebytes (it is good because IIRC, it doesn't always run, just when you ask it to scan)

No longer active on bitcointalk, however, you can still reach me via PMs if needed.

dude your a bit too slow... he found out it was with his computer. if it had been the website i could have fixed it. also dude... example of begging "gimmie gimmie gimmie" not "anyone have any work i could do for a value of $10-$15?" your a dumbass who needs a dictionary. begging is asking someone for something for free and not offering anything in return. im asking for an amount of work that would be valued by whomever at the given rate which CLEARLY means im asking if anyone needs anything that i could give them through work in return for money. beggers dont do that. beggers just ask for freebies. look it up.

I've highlighted your grammatical errors in red.I'm not the only one who needs a dictionary out of all the people on this conversation.
Anyway, yes calling you a beggar is probably insulting the beggars. You're a scammer.Much worst, ethically and professionally.I appreciate your efforts to write a long post in my inbox, however I ignored it.You  clearly don't have what it takes to be a freelancer.
Stay happy in your cave, little friend.

I think your computer is infected with adware, which somtimes comes when you install programs and they also install adware without you knowing it. Could you send me a screenshot of the ads that are being displayed that shouldn't be there?

Hey you owe me a bottle of beer  Smiley
There are malwares coming every hour but the anitmalware/antivirus are updated only when they recognize the malicious threats and figure out how it works.

Try Sophos software, they are very stringent and pick up malware others dont.  Very long established company, finds trojans and alot of errant software and is server compatible as well as a home free option too

And what exactly do you need a Facebook for? You can take a screenshot, post in on any pic hosting website and share the link with the Op via PM on Bitcointalk.
First try to fix the issue, then ask for the payment.

I tested Op's site with Virustotal and it seems there is no threat detected. Both www.d3fc.me and COINURL.com look fine.
