I got that a lot.
igdrcl64.dll is part of the Intel video driver package, according to a quick google search. I'm guessing you're trying to mine with AMD type cards? I think you'll have to play around with Claymore's options to specify the gpu-platform (I'm not sure how that works on Claymore, but on sgminer it's the --gpu-platform option). That way you'll bypass the Intel stuff. My Wild Guess (TM).
