Those answers that they give us are not adequate and not comparable with the conduct of serious business.

You paid 30000 - 50000 Euro to them and they do not deliver the promised service?

Yes, if they do not comply with the terms of the contract, you can go to the court in Curacao. Casinomeister will only try to speak with SoftSwiss or Direx (still not sure who your contract partner is). If SoftSwiss or Direx is not willing to solve the issue, that's it. Casinomeister will not start a court case and they will not pay your lawyer and court fee.

Why pay someone? It is necessary at the forum to simply listen to both sides and make a decision! If softswis are not right then to announce this at all gaming forums! The target audience should know who is dealing with they

hi so I recently saw your post about having trouble with Softswiss for two years and you were thinking of going to court with it? Did you ever end up doing it? I was considering to start working with them but all I see all over the internet is that they are shit at customer service and have tons of bugs in their software. id appreciate to talk to you and hear about your experience in depth.
