Yup, although if you really want to talk to him, he's probably still around.  Look for RIDDLE or ScryptWaves, or any of a few other cookie cutter scam token/coins that are floating around at the moment.  Their ANN threads all looks pretty similar.

Big campaigns are required only after March 2020. Now a small campaign is enough to distribute to few users. This small campaign is required to wake up all existing holders and add 1000+ new holders. Social media accounts will be available from March to publicize what WAAH is about. If WAAH gets 1000 new people on Jan 16 2020, it is a big success. Zero Buyers are expected now. However, if a buyer place a buy order for 1 satoshi then there will be dumpers. Website is still in process. Good question, but i am quite sure we will never know the true abut it! At the moment the only suggestion to be very carefull , moon is a word used very often specially for this kind of project . First develop than we talk about moon!
