Hello,
This seems like a great project, but I'm confused by this:
"Two critical points are: the funding rounds for DFINITY Stiftung are not intended for speculators nor suitable for speculation"
Why on earth would anyone invest if the native token won't accrue value?

Being a particiaption token, DFN gives several privileges: 1. Installing and running smart contract software (playing the role of “gas”) 2. The creation of “mining identities” by making security deposits. 3. The creation of “neurons” (part of the BNS) by making security deposits. 4. The attachment of private cloud networks to the public DFINITY network, again via deposits. Of course, participation in mining will be rewarded financially. It's clear that most investors will hope that the token's value will increase. However, we encourage DFN holders to actually use their tokens by contributing to the system. For this purpose, String Labs is working on consumer DFINITY mining & neuron device concepts. Should be soon, but second fund raising is not public, it is private, so I assume they have enough fund to run this project. I really hope I will get DFN tokens. |

It didn't start yet. I don't expect it to start before March either, and it might even be delayed further. They said that due to the price rise of BTC and ETH they have enough fundings at this moment to continue their work. |

Dfinity network's ICO really hasn't started yet, and recently it seems to have started early on COINLIST, and you can pay attention to it. But the audit requirements of the legal ICO platform in the United States are very strict, and asset proof, etc., is not so easy to take part in.  |
