Hi All,

I'm a bit of a noob - I have transferred btc from my exchange account to my receiving address supplied by Armory wallet. The transaction showed around 100 confirmations but its been about a day now and it hasn't been reflected in my Armory wallet. Armory is up to date and also in sync and online. Address is 1PQyUQcwtyjyCaAhEYM7hw1oyRYM7piaZL

If anyone could help me with what I should do next that would be great Smiley

Bitcoin Client Software and Version Number: Armory .95.1 & bitcoin core
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
System Hardware Specs: Lots
Description of Problem: Transaction not showing in armory wallet
Any Related Addresses: 1PQyUQcwtyjyCaAhEYM7hw1oyRYM7piaZL
Any Related Transaction IDs: 936f370c5010da77309b6ad79c8c4c68e4bcc77339e43aed87332e5839048412

Just realised this might be best moved to Armory forum.. sorry about that

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

What version of Bitcoin Core are you using? Is Bitcoin Core fully synced? Is Armory fully synced?

Bitcoin Core version v0.14.1 (64-bit)

Yes and Yes..
Armory 0.95.1 will have issues with Bitcoin Core 0.14.0+. You either need to downgrade Bitcoin Core to 0.13.2 or upgrade Armory to the 0.96 testing build.

Once you get the versions sorted out, in Armory, go to Help > Rebuild and Rescan databases then restart it.

ALLLRIGHTTTTTT BUMP!

1PQyUQcwtyjyCaAhEYM7hw1oyRYM7piaZL funds are still missing.

Now running Armory .96 and Bitcoin .14.1 !

Sure enough the receiving address is showing in armory however with no balance.

Sure enough the transaction is recorded on the exchange I sent it from.

What few things could I have done wrong to cause this? this wallet has no outgoing TX.

Bitcoin Core and Armory have both completely downloaded the blockchain and armory is 'online'

I have reinstalled and downloaded the blockchain multiple times now. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Angry Angry Angry

Go to Help > Rebuild and Rescan Database and restart Armory. This will rebuild the databases and it will rescan the blockchain for your transactions.

Okay I have re-built/re-scanned more times than I can remember now.

Willing to pay a small fee to someone who can zero in on the fault of my wallet, or my own fault.

Receiving address still showing on my wallet, transaction still showing on blockchain, everything synced, still no balance from the receiving address.

Someone help please, this is annoying and I really want to move past this.

Try doing Help > Rescan Balance.
