Only Vip and staff+ can do this, to be vip you need to donate 10BTC
you are only jr member if you need a different nick just signup again you will make it quick to jr member but think twice this time about the nick you would like to use!

Unless you are a staff member, donator, or VIP member, you cannot change your profile name whenever you want. You will need to ask one of the admins to change it for you, but they usually do not grant such requests.
