Hi guys,

Just to warn you, I'm going to raise funds for many startups starting soon using cryptocurrencies as a new form of fundraising. There will be no vaporware bullshit. Only legit, promising and serious startups. Most of them already exist and are doing well but they need to raise a lot of funds asap to grow and smash competitors.

Right now I am registering my company with an associate and negotiating with those startups, the next thing I need is you as investors.

So here are reasons why would you invest by my side :

 - I will only list startups that I would invest in, that means no scam. It has to be, not only interesting, but very lucrative after few years.

 - I will manage the fundraising, creation and distribution of tokens through smart-contracts the best I can from years of experience that I have accumulated. I will be very open to suggestions from you and find the best way to make tokens very valuable.

 - I am partnership with a pro that has tons of experience in fundraising/crowdfunding and is AMF accredited (SEC equivalent). He has all the necessary networking to find a lot of good startups and be very picky with those.


I know most of you are only used to shitcoins but this has to end. I think it is time for a mature crypto market with really disruptive projects beyond the pump & dump copycat-coins scheme.
Of course there will be risks, of course some promising projects may not work as we expected but at least we will try to have an impact on the world, not just the charts from poloniex.

I realized that it is exactly the right moment to do those fundraising projects. Timing is the most important for startups. It is only in crypto that we can raise hundred thousands to few millions in a couple of day, if not minutes. There are so many startups that are desperate to raise funds and wasting a lot of time finding investors and diluting their equity. We can help them getting funds really fast in one shot from one actor. We will give them an edge to take new markets and beat the competition to become really profitable.

I funded the company RF myself.

This company will work as a gateway between the cryptoworld and startup-fundraising.

Basically the company chose promising startups do the fundraising.

For every startup, RF will create, distribute and manage a token. RF will own equity (or equivalent) in the startup. Owning tokens give dividends. There will be different uses of the tokens depending on the roadmap.

I only give this opportunity to share profit for a some time but eventually I'll grow big enough to fund most of startups directly.
So yes I plan to invest for myself only in a near future.

There will be a cap every time, the goal is to raise a precise sum of money, no more than necessary.
Profit will be made along with startup success. If it fail, we don't make money, nothing new here.

Right now only two startups, some other are interested but nothing definitive.
When I'll own enough capital, I'll invest myself directly so I'll not need other investors.
It's true most startup fail, that's why we chose startups that are already doing well.
You'll get all our criteria of selection, it's not about raising fund for any startup, only very few carefully chosen ones.

The idea is not bad, even shown few times on this board, but real investment needs a lot of funds and you will need real investors, not the 100 sat kids.
Someone posted above, 60% of the startups don't survive, I'll increase it to >90% nowadays.
It would be very difficult to choose the right places to invest in.
