I voted number 2, seriously for me what ever happens about this its not that I don't really care, but what else can i do besides i don't even have RBIES so its not my problem. In the other hand i would also like to vote 1 its because regarding those issues when you are going to launch any project should it be better if you would announce the date specifically and the worst case should be its already a year, people who invested would really die hard for waiting.
P.S @JPR i followed this thread as what you have suggested to look and vote here.

thx for your vote and comment. yes to be frank I would like to see option one but all in all the poll shows that people sold their RBIES and they dont believe that MP will implement it "Soon"
very sad cause I always thought that RBIES was a good invention but it was abandoned and lost momentum. and whenever MP will decide to implement it they will have the insider knowledge
Yes that is the worst thing that most of the unsuccessful projects result. Some projects are only good at the start but in the end it will just end up being abandoned, or in other words most of it are just planning to launch some then eventually they will just leave it open without notice.

The reason why I am always positive its because I don't know what awaits for me on the future but actually i have plans for it. Even though we got plans we still don't know what's ahead of us so its better to be positive and just go with the flow, what ever happens it might be ups or downs life must go on and it will always be.
