I'm mining Stax at bitcoin-pool.de but I can't see their payout policy anywhere. Also, what is the current nethash? Am I likely to hit a block with a G-Blade?

That's not what I asked for. With net hash I can figure out the likelihood of getting a block. Difficulty is not useful for much at all. Also, there are a lot of blocks with a nonce of 0 which is a bit of a worry. I'm still mining anyhow, over 136 Stax now. |

The blocks in 0 are those that are staking Getting a block depends on the power you have and the difficulty. For the moment the diffcult is not very high so you have chances to find blocks |
