No there is no one can buy it in bitcoin but you can try in your country section and maybe someone needs your mobile credit..
And i think its impossible to deal with since you have negative trust.

where do you live? In my country, honestly, there are no services willing to sell bitcoin by mobile credit, but there are still individual sellers providing this kind of service. Yes! Too bad there aren't any yet here. It's really practical to buy using mobile credit than using the current system we are using, which is just localbitcoins and coins.ph. If we can more mobile payments that would be great to have as it can be done through the phone, without bank accounts and no need to go to another establishment to pay.

There is one in my country but I never use it because the rate is higher than local exchangers. So buying bitcoin with fiat money is a much better than with mobile credit IMO. Unless you have so many mobile credits but you dont know how to sell it in real life then yes this kind of service is the best way to exchange your mobile credit into bitcoin.
