I returned all my XFX RX 470 4GB cards as they were dropping like flies However I have not had a single powercolor card fail.

So you don't advise that card? I'm going to buy these day if I have a good response by some master miner Cheesy

About power color. What model is better ? I can buy the Red Devil or Red Dragon or all of them. Need start with 2 GPU

I have both Red Devil and Red Dragon's all are 470 4GB cards

From my experience the Red Devil cards do not Undervolt very well and run hotter than the Red Dragon cards.

Example (All Bios Modded Cards):

Red Devil Samsung Memory (4 card Rig)
Core: 1150MHZ
Mem: 2010MHZ
Voltage: 980mv
Temps: 74 °C|69 °C|77 °C|72 °C|
FANS: 97 %|90 %|99 %|100 %|
Rig Speeds (Dual Mining)
Ethereum: 118MH/s
Decred: 2161MH/s
Kill-A-Watt Power Usage: 780W for the Rig

Same Configuration / Setup the same all the way down to the same room / but Red Dragon Samsung Memory cards (4 card Rig)
Core: 1150MHZ
Mem: 2010MHZ
Voltage: 920mv
Temps: 59 °C|62 °C|65 °C|68 °C|
FANS: 78 %|98 %|97 %|100 %|
Rig Speeds (Dual Mining)
Ethereum: 121MH/s
Decred: 2421MH/s
Kill-A-Watt Power Usage: 720W for the Rig
