I've been wondering when someone would sell a set.  I have a feeling these will be rare since he isn't selling them unfunded.  Right now that is about $4500 for the monero alone and I don't expect it will get cheaper in the long run.

I don't understand how he can sell them funded in the United states, is it because he doesn't fund them and the customer funds them?

I think the 100 XMR is going to be like the 25 btc cas coin, not too big a premium on face value but worth a lot. Monero has gone up about 500%
