Hello everyone,

I've been growing an interest in running signature campaigns.
I understand my rank might not be the appropriate to have the trust needed to run such a service but you have to start somewhere and I figured I'd open it.

I completely understand yahoo62278 is the absolute boss running these type of campaigns but I am in no way trying to compete, merely trying to run a few signature campaigns and obtain experiences from it.

I feel like I have the capabilities needed to run it. I am quite active, I spend a lot of time online and I'm able to communicate pretty well.

I am in way looking to get bashed for this, I will always accept positive criticism though.

I bet you should build more trusts in this forum so website or project's owner who want to make signature campaign will trust you even your activity or forum's rank is not high as the other campaign manager this day. Anyways good luck to your service.

Op as above said build trust will help . But it is not the only thing  you need . build trust + be good +  have competitive prices . As you mentioned you are up against really good players . If i am you i would offer couple of free campaign management . That will help to show others your quality job and show them that they can trust you .  This might really gives you a good push .

I manage alot of campaigns but it doesnt mean im the boss or anything, it means i do my job and i do it well. Many companies have put their trust in me.

I would suggest you build alot more reputation before trying to jump into this avenue. Companies will be trusting you with potentially thousands of dollars in funds and frankly its just not smart for them to hand over money to someone without a rep.

Show the forum youre a leader. Be a good influence and help others. Grow your reputation as a trustworthy user and eventually a company might take a look at you.

You should also look into what it takes to be a campaign manager. Its not just opening a thread and youre done. It can be quite a pain in the ass.

In my opinion you get what you pay for. Free weeks is a waste to the OP, all thats gonna lead to are companies allowing him to run their scampaign for a week and closing the campaign.

Though your rank for now is quite low but actually you can start to manage some campaigns onhere but the thing you can't handle is the funds for sure. But the thing you need to sell up here is your skill and try to convince those companies who wants to have an ads campaign and make sure you have some good portfolio and ability to do the job on time so that you can get some trust on your client.

It matters that yahoo is a hardworking guy and most active thats why as you can see he's dominating the sig campaign managing scene. And you must take a look from him nor to other sig campaign managers so that you can catch some good ideas that you may used for future campaign that you are managing but first as other says you must build yourself first and show that you are trustworthy enough to hold some $ in your hands.

Well to be able to become trust able , one needs to start and i like OP is starting his service. For funds he can escrow, and start a small campaign maybe altcoin one. Its matter of one or two good campaigns order fulfilled and he can get more events.

Already there are many good campaign managers and it feels like nowadays the frequency of signature campaigns is less and the one's which are going on will definitely not change their managers as problems are rare. Its better to sell a service on some of your talents than trying this.

You have to grow your rank.
You have to hunt for less known small campaigns and make your offer. Try to ask much lower price than the other managers for your services (maybe offer them for free?) to have a chance to make a business of it. You'll need to have a portfolio and that's hard to earn.
Keep in mind that most campaign managers still have plenty of room/time for even more campaigns and you'll have to compete with them.

Just like what other's said, by managing the campaign it is really need to build trust of others here. Though its not that easy to gain it,
but if you are determined to get it, I think there's nothing impossible for you to have it. Good luck

Good luck on your project, and just so you are aware..... you have a HUGE row to toe! IMHO in this forum there are only two worthy Campaign managers of High regards! and the TOP of all has already chimed in and his words should be taken seriously!

Rank and reputation really doesn't matter a lot.. I saw newbies in altcoin boards managing campaigns . you can also start from altcoin projects.
but be friendly with users and do not work with any project blindly . lots of scam projects working over there.

I didn't consider my co- campaign manager as a competitor but have some respect for those who already did great campaign management.
Anyway, as far as I can see you have a great future doing this kind of job because you've the ability being a good campaign manager.

Those Newbies are usually people on the altcoin's team, people involved in their community off bitcointalk.

They have usually have good reputation with the altcoin team, which is how they get picked. Most of the time anyway.

you do need more reputation and experience to run a serious campaign
you have your thread in Services section already,you can offer your services as a campaign manager in Service announcement thread as well
think you have to be more proactive,it is very important to get your first job and run it on a good level,monitor the service announcements
maybe even contact your potential customers in pm,offer your services and get your first short-mid term campaign done  (even if to build trust and get experience)
you have to be familiar with escrows,have understanding of how to evaluate if the company is legit and their campaign will run smoothly and don't scam both users and yourself
know how to select users based on their post quality and activity etc. etc.
managing campaigns can be time consuming,but if you are dedicated and have plenty of time,can and like to communicate with people and able to resolve conflicts-doesn't hurt to try
everybody started from scratch,so there is nothing impossible
