Which pool pays the best and is pretty reliable.  Im mining at 700mhas.   Would it be more benefecial to do solo. 
Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

You should come give http://pool.bitp.it a try. We are young, and could really use your hash rate right now. We have had practically no un-planned downtime in the 1 week we've been up, and are cloud hosted for extra durability.
