How should we proceed with reduction?  I've literally locked myself out of the 20m premine.  That's a huge chunk of change, and would definitely benefit everyone if burnt.

The only option I can think of is to post the address publicly so everyone could see that I haven't moved them...

...but that would still require everyone to actually trust me here
