Where can I find how to fully setup the miner? I am new to mining.

I downloaded and synced the wallet. Edited runme.bat to this:

lol dude there are asic for this, you need a big hashrate to mine something, you can't do anything with cpu not even with gpu, and it's why you don't get anything

Amigo... Please do not make wrong claims.
You have not mined a block on our pool...
What you see as i explained earlier is a "test" system to reward miners from our PoS as a "thank you" for using our pool
and to reiterate "test" i.e. you will not get paid those coins until the test reward system is activated.
over and above all that... please note that
EHwFnzh2Rps9U5MCDwFdvhAayCGG1dmUmT <= is not a RAIN address but an ESP address
stratum+tcp://pool.minertopia.org:3747 <= is the port for HMQ1725 algo and not X11

I was already thinking that, thought maybe because it is a relative new coin that it would work with just a simple CPU. Is there any other coin that you can mine with CPU/GPU or is it a waste of time by default?

In regards to your other comment, CPU mining is profitable if you can get in early enough, before the bigger guys join in and pools are created. That causes difficulty to shoot through the roof!

mining has a factor of luck he  could turn it on and the first hash could be above the target keep in mind  its  like 1 : 500 million ish (depending on diff and hashrate)
