[Raffleception] Win 4 tickets to "One Raffle to Rule Them All" - 16/16 spots

So we are currently filling one of the biggest raffles in BTCT history, read more about it here.

While doing this I realize that a lot of people might not want to pay 0.0395 for a ticket when there's a 1 in 256 chance to win. So I came up with the idea of doing a raffle within a raffle - Raffleception!

So here's how we'll do it:

16 spots, classic raffle. There will be 2 prizes of 2 tickets each. Once this is filled we will Select two blocks and whoever has the correct characters at the end of those blocks will win the prizes.

The prizes: Winner and runner up will get 2 tickets each to "One Raffle to Rule Them All".

Price per ticket: 0.01BTC.
