nutkumkub is a probable scammer. He/she has not scammed anyone yet, but I strongly believe he is a scammer.
Roughly 2 months ago, he requested a loan from me:

It seems like he offered to sell his account to zarzab as well. nutkumkub is probably trying to get an account sale disguised as a loan.
