Hello ,

i have changed 1000€ to Btc and wirexapp.com steal me 130€ this is very crazy. i have write to support but without any answer.

also  blocked me on facebook without cosed. is that because hi know that i will expose him !!

This vedio proof that wirex have a Fake exchange Rate from bitcoin to euro ( or any currency )

I have several tickets open with them since May 1. No response so far. One exchange is stuck in pending state and I can't access neither my BTC nor EUR balance. I wonder if there's something suspicious going on there? Their service is getting worse and worse. I'm with them for about 3 years already and I haven't had a single hassle-free transaction. Either connection error or some other issues. Can't be relied upon at all.

I wonder how frequently you use it and what is more important what you use it for. I'm using Wirex to exchange BTC>EUR and cash out at the ATM weekly. I can't remember when it went smoothly last time.
