Hello,

I deposited 68 usd ~ of bitcoin on bitcasino.io . I bet by mistake on max bet and I won 948.99 mbtc.

I tried to withdraw on 29 of april. They said I can't withdraw due security reasons. On 30 they asked for my id and a bill. I send boths. On 1 of may they asked if I have any other acc or if I use VPN. I told them that due my job I can't use my job laptop and I connected from VM.

On 2 of may they closed my account and I still don't know the reason.

I hope someone will see this topic and maybe some one will help me.

I think this happened to a user in past as well and he made a thread here regarding his withdrawal.
They also rejected him like you.
You should try to contact them again and tell us what happened.

I warn since June 2016: SportsBet.io + BitCasino.io + VegasCasino.io

Free help sometimes works and sometimes not, but unfortunately no one will pay your lawyer and court fee.

The solution of your problem is theoretically simple: If they let you deposit and bet without any verification, then they have no right to demand a verification prior to your withdrawal.

As you did not use any bonus, your IP address is irrelevant! If your IP address would be important, they would need to check it prior to your deposit and bet.

As you surely know, when you lose, they will not check anything! Cheesy

But if they would be required by law to check your IP address or identity, then logically, they would need to check this as well when you lose! Understood?

Ok... As I see the problem..every casino is having their rules and terms for moments like this.

You just can't do nothing. Bitcasino.io as I found after a few searches on google is a long run casino with a lot of good feedbacks. I'm not saying you're not right. Because you might be.

Hopefuly someone important will read your problem and they will help you. I don't find legit in any cases for anyone to ask for personal ID to take out your winnings...And vpn problem many ips ...cmon people. Who the shit cares how many accs do you have and etc. If you don't abuse of bonuses why should they give a fuck? The slots are paying the same way.

Good thing that you opened a scam accusation against them the first instance possible.

IT's probably because you are suspected to have multiple accounts on their site, and that is something that is so often used as an excuse to not pay out casino's customers especially with bitcoin, as it is irreversible. But I can see what they're coming from, you using VM and claiming to "accidentally bet", it's pretty sketchy even for me.

hopefully they can respond to you with this, casinos usually make a statement in public only when they are required to do so and there is a threat on their reputation on the forum(scam accusation in your case.)

Will be following.

I understand what you are saying. Not even myself was thinking at this type of win or actually anyone.

Even so the abuse of casino is like shit. Just think about it, like a user said before if you lose no one will give a fuck about you. If you win you are under investigation. I want at least my deposit at least. I don't understand why they can have this power! I really do hope that someone will answer to my questions......

What i don't understand, why does it matter if you have multiple accounts in the first place?

You aren't going to get higher odds of winning right?

This casino is just looking for reasons to not pay out this guy, and that sounds really fucking sketchy to me if you ask me.

This was my idea too, it really matters? It really matters it was sketchy? I don't even know what his guy is doing for living but winnings must be paid, the same as gamblers when they lose they don't ask casino to send a personal paper why they lost. As he didn't requested any bonus or faucet I don't see the problem

Right, you do not have higher odds of winning but you can take advantage of their promotions which are usually available once per account (and per person).
I'm not trying to defend that obvious scam, just telling you what advantage can someone have with multiple accounts

They have this power, because you are not willing to sue them, simple!

Do you live in Willemstad?

You have a claim against a company, how is this related to Bitcoin?

It appears you are captured in your mindset, like many other victims:

Lose $100s, 1000s or 10000s to criminals = fine. Spend some money to enforce your claim = no, no, no!

The criminals laugh their asses off about victims like you!

Was this before or after you purchased accounts on bitcointalk  Roll Eyes
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=994470;sa=showPosts

So even though this thread is 120 days old and your credibility is non existent, I'd still like to address your blatantly false claim against Bitcasino.io as this appears in Google search.  Undecided

- You deposited an entire $68 USD, and "mistakenly" turned it into almost a full Bitcoin.  That's quite an accomplishment in itself  Roll Eyes   What was "mistaken" about this in the first place?

- You admitted to illegally using a VPN (regardless of your "job laptop" or not, you violated the TOS of every single Bitcoin casino).  The reason, if not obvious, that VPNs are banned is because they allow players to use multiple accounts which again, is clearly illegal and a violation under every single Bitcoin casino and sportsbook rules.

- Bitcasino.io did not steal your $68, they closed your account(s) for attempting to cheat the system.

- Are we really talking about $68 here?Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

Why would an attorney need to know what Bitcoin is?
Are you seriously asking this?

Instead of asking stupid questions, why not simply explain us why a lawyer in Curacao needs to know what Bitcoin is to enforce a claim?

Despite from the point that he simply can put Bitcoin into google. Roll Eyes

While I normally wouldn't bother wasting my time arguing with someone with -16 trust, you blew your cover in this thread.

OP (cosimplay22) = game-protect

- game-protect asks OP if he "lives in Willemstad," which after googling is the capital city of Curaçao
- What are the chances that OP lives in Willemstad???   Huh Huh  Why would you even ask that??  Huh Huh
- And if this was a real case, if he lived in Willemstad couldn't he go to court house on his own??
- game-protect is trying to get people to pay for his non-existent "service"
- game-protect is a shill, and a bad one at that
