Bitcoin reaches the price of 1500 USD do we have to sell or we save?

Time I was really confused, bitcoin prices have gone up to more than 1500 USD, I have little bitcoin deposits whether at this time should I sell or should I save to wait the price more than the current price that may reach the price of 2000 USD?

If you are looking for money from trading bitcoin to fiat money, it is time for sell bitcoin and wait up to
there is fluctuation of price bitcoin then buy back bitcoin, it is time for taking profit,
but if you just want make investments into bitcoin for long term or put your whealty in bitcoin
it is time to hold and save because the price will be more expensive.

I'm not telling you what to do so you can't sue me, but right now I'm looking at the market, seeing a bubble with basically every single exchange acting independently of each other and zero cohesion between them. This means, for me, to sell as close as I can to the peak (or even on the downtrend) as long as I walk away with money, because there should be a correction and a pretty hard correction at that. People using values on sites like BTC-E and going to Bitfinex to sell it for +$100 above spot value inflates the price, and it means there is no support for it.

It depends on peoples needs and wants. Because we can see that bitcoin have the capacity to increase or pump its price on which depending to the community who supports it or fluctuation or law of price and demand. And if you are willing to try to invest it as it earn more for future and local buisnesses transaction. I see no reason of not selling if you are in need but it is better to save for more earnings and investments.

If you are fan of trading then mostly people will sell their coins from this current price, there must be profit if someone buy bitcoins from $900 months ago and now its already $1500. But if people wants to hold because they are expecting huge in the future then save/saving bitcoin is important to them

dont be so binary EG dont think about it as: buy all or sell all..
buy/sell in percentages of confidence you have in it going higher or lower

if your half unsure what to do.. as long as your in profit. sell half.. for instance.

that way if it continues going up you still have half your skin in the game.
if it goes down you got some profits to buy in cheaper and average out the other half to be more profitable later on another rise.

it all depends on your actual need of the funds for the next year. or if the funds you have invested are more for retirement in 5 to 10 years+ which can help you decide if you should care/get emotional about the temporary daily /month changes

At this point you just hold and wait for a quick drop of more than $50. You should definitely have your finger on the trigger. Make sure you have a plan in place to cash out. I'm hoping we go over $2k before it happens.

Even if you correctly call a top and Bitcoin starts going down, where do you get back in? $1300? $1200?  Some people have sold at what they thought was a peak only to then get trapped out or forced to chase the market.   You have to ask yourself: Am I an active bitcoin trader, or a long term investor?

In my view the price is expected to grow in a stable manner but reaching such a big value within the year end is possible only on etf or official acceptance of​bitcoin by few more Countries.

You could probably sell now and rebuy in the 1300s sometime soon. But in a few months it will still be climbing 1600, so, it depends on if you want to risk missing the window to buy back in. For example, I thought BTC was going to go down from 1375 for a bit, and I sold. A day or two later was still climbing so I just bought back in and lost a very small %. Glad I did though because now we're at 1550.

 There's nothing stable about this growth.  In forex trading when do you ever see one half of a currency pair ballooning this quickly?

I would say sell at least 20% or 25% of your bitcoins and hold what is left. If you look at it you could get a profit even at a small amount. Then if bitcoin is dumped buy it and then repeat the process if it pumps again.

It is about how much BTC you are holding. If you are holding less than 1BTC then definitely sell all and buy when it gets dump again. If you have more than that amount then sell 25% or less and hold the remaining.

It would depend on how much you bought at before the price surged to this level. The choice is always yours, but always have a portion for holding so you won’t miss out in case the price goes even higher. If you can afford to hold everything and just wait, that could give you a higher yield because I have read that many investors are bullish on bitcoin. If we break the $1500 barrier, $2000 is just around the corner.

The opinion of each and every person will differ in this forum, so try and understand what is in best interest. Since you say you have little then I suggest you can afford to hold it. In case you need urgent cash, sell it. However my personal opinion would be to hold it and hold it tight. This is just the beginning and it shall keep on shooting up and up. There is no need to panic sale now and it's best to keep them and at a later date sell them. But do consider your finances before you make any decisions.
