You really are going to have to give us more information on this. What anti-virus flagged it? What program is the specific runtime.exe from? Do you mean runtimebroker.exe on windows 10?

If you don't know how to remove a virus, I'd suggest installing a clean OS & antivuris.

How do you know it's a runtime virus? Which software detected it? There are better forum dedicated to removing virus and malware. Just search for
