Looking for a long term deal. I am a miner and need funds on neteller (account in euro) so selling BTC on a regular basis. Interested only if you are willing to use escrow option.

The money on neteller can't come from BTC deposit originally. If interested let me know.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.
