I'm also getting failed message at login

Edit - sorted by going through "forgot my password" and also re-typing email not using auto fill.   It was one of those that did the trick

still waiting on a FIMK withdrawal 72+ hours. Access to my transaction history was possible when the new site went online and it showed a pending withdrawal but now nothing appears under my history tab. My coin still hasn't hit my fimk account.

Can anyone help with this? Please just cancel the transaction

I also wait for a withrawall of FIM for 48 hours

I will wait to Monday to send an email to support

since I keep on waiting for my withdraw, more than 48 hours have spent. Perhaps be from Monday until Friday

FIMK passphrases will be made available again within about a week at most.

Hi,weeks ago I took part in the FIMK ipo through DGEX escrow,when the ipo end I logged in DGEX and got a link to view my FIMK wallet password.
for security reasons I decided not to write down this password at that time,I just used the password once to enter my FIMK account and tried to deposit 10000 FIMK to DGEX.
after that DGEX shut down.today I found it re-open so I logged in but I could not find any link to view my FIMK password,now I don't know neither my FIMK account nor it's password,
I can even not check my deposit/withdraw/trade/FIMK invest history before the old site shut down.Am I the only one who got this problem?

DGEX shares are not supported now on dgex.com?  How I can get dividends? My last DGEX dividends was get 01.07.2014.

I am having the same issue I can't even log in to my account to get at my funds…I have endured constant problems with dgex and up to my wits end…Any help GCInc Huh?

I'm also unable to login. The forgotten password feature claims it sends the new password, but it never arrives. Messaged GCInc, no reply, so far. Hope this is not another grab and run.

My issue is with the beta wallet, not  dgex.com. I can load the beta wallet, it recognizes my passphrase and shows my balance. But when I try and withdraw the confirm button does nothing.

Everything is fine now. Login worked.

Is it possible to withdraw DGEX Shares right now ?

I had the same issue over the weekend of not being able to login due to a new IP address.  Finally did try two nights ago again and this time I did get the email so I could change the pw.

My issue currently is that after I logged in, I traded in all my NXT for BTC, and then tried to do a test withdrawal.  I sent like .0005 btc to my coinbase acct, with 1 business day turnaround, but as of today, two days on, it never showed up in my coinbase acct.

I am presuming that on the DGEX withdraw screen it IS asking for my public bitcoin address, which coinbase provided to me.  Is this correct?  What other number could possibly go in that field?

EDIT: Two more days have passed now, I never received the nominal bitcoin in my coinbase account.  What went wrong, or what did I do wrong?  I checked my bitcoin address four times and had used that same address, copied from that same memory stick prior times and it had worked each time. Thanks.

Same here. Was finally able to login. Withdrew BTC, the history shows COMPLETE with empty txid, and funds didn't arrive in the wallet.

EDIT: got the funds, thank you! Sorry for the false alarm

Try Contact Support from the exchange. I posted here and sent a message to Support.

Also, such small amount could take a long time to propagate since the fee would also be very small.
