I would imagine it would be cheaper just to get them brand new and order them off a site.
I have seen asus even selling these in the computer stores.
So you might want to try them out first just to see how much they have a price you are willing to pay for them.
I did remember seeing a no name brand one for around $70-75 before.

No, not for this, I am currently upgrading an extremely small form factor and want the built in ethernet, full hdmi/vga, multiple usb ports for this project.
