Live in the UK, using Bitbargain.co.uk how do I cash in my BTC and LTC?

Ok so Ive invested in a fair few BTC and LTC at Bitbargain.co.uk over the last months. Because their process for sorting out scammers from genuine sellers it may take a good week or so until I submit a successful seller application. The ideal way would be to sell them on the market there eventually, but until then what other options do I have in the UK in terms of cashing in my BTC or LTC?
