i doubt if this is a 100% correct thing to say. bitcoin didn't recover from $900 but instead $900 was a temporary discount kind of deal that others provided us with. they sold their coins to us $200-$300 below market value. and then we started from $1200 in a new bullrun.

without even thinking about anything else, this bullrun will stop. you don't even have to be an expert to know this. price can not go up forever. it will stop at some point, then there will be some correction, possibly some stable price and then another phase of rising.

the same thing has been happening in all the growing markets (stocks of a company for example). they go up then there is a correction (although there is no way someone could have logically predicted a dip to $800 from $1200) and then rise again.
you can see this from $0.10 up to today's $1500. it is all the same.

Most times when those predictions comes in we are quick to wish it away because even me personally I don't believe those predictions because of I am of the opinion that its based on personal view but the truth is that some people are in the know than some other people. Its really hard to know which prediction is the right one we just have to all hope for the best thing to come.

Well, Bitcoin has so far behaved not exactly the way many people predicted except that it can be reaching the $2000 level maybe before 2018 or even early 2018. And I am not complaining.

there is a difference between making a guess/prediction or making a speculation/analysis.
the first one usually comes from self-claimed future tellers! and these people usually make different and most of the time vague predictions about the future price so that they can tell "we predicted correctly". for example there were people saying price will go to $1000-$1500 and that big range is indicating they were full of shit.

but someone with a proper analysis and making a good speculation is what you usually see accompanied by some proper charts and some real reasoning behind the speculation they make. even if what they speculate doesn't come true, i say that is worth 1000000 times more than other group even if they guessed right.

Well, Bitcoin has so far behaved not exactly the way many people predicted except that it can be reaching the $2000 level maybe before 2018 or even early 2018. And I am not complaining.

I have been following Tone Vays's analysis and he has been calling a top of $2000, which should be the limit of the upper channel and should be hit by around mid summer, so make that August. We are going on that trend right now, I think Tone may nail it this time.

He has been real bad at getting advantage of the various altcoin pumps tho. He called the LTC bull run over.I think it only has begun. We will see a correction after the Coinbase news, and we'll see further pumps after segwit activates.

The new bullrun start from $1,200 because for me after ETF rejection the market make reduction or discount of $300 which to me is sale out of panic as media out blow the news about ETF which was even against the bitcoin white paper. Bitcoin is a decentralized crypto currencies and it was not meant to be trade as stock but to be used as money.currently bitcoin is trading around $1,575 and that is what some of us predict from the beginning of the year.

Yes, it is a really a great comeback from ~900$ to the new ATH 1500$. I think at some point, this bull run will have to stop. The bull run that we are experiencing is good, no question about it. But it can sustained this kind of price movement. Sooner or later the price will stall and then some will sell off their bitcoin to gain profit. I speculate that the price will not go below 1000$. Then bitcoin price will rise again and soon hit another ATH. 2000$ is possible at the end of the year. So the future of bitcoin looks bright for me.

If this rate of price rises right now were sustainable, the Bitcoin price would be several thousand by the end of the year.  It's not likely at all and there will be dramatic price fluctuations.  However, we will remain in a bull market for the rest of the year at least due to increasing mainstream media coverage - they could even phrase it like the "return" of Bitcoin since the unnecessary hype in 2013.

This bull run just proves that a single country legalizing bitcoin have a massive effect on the price. This bull run will hit a wall soon and will have a correction period. 2000$ is only a few hundred dollars away. We may even surpass it is things continue its pattern. So if ever there are corrections on the way up, be sure to buy more bitcoins.

Just awesome run by Bitcoin, it seems it will reach moon soon I believe the acceptance from various countries and increase in users, and also some economic factors are energizing the rise. I don't know what might happen, but if it falls, it will rise again to reach its new high.

The good question would be, what is the effect of this current bullrun?

My self answer is, we are now have chances not to go back at below $1,000 price level. Sure thing once big drop came, the correction price would covered at least $200-$300 or even less which is a good standpoint for what we called as price bottom. It's really interesting to see that we saw as high price in the past will now be considered as price bottom, pointing to $1,000 price level.

It's based on speculation, The moves of bitcoin are unpredictable. Another good update about bitcoin news will bring another bullish for bitcoin market trend. So, There will be another FOMO bitcoin in the future.

Why do you think it will reach 2000 mark in a month or two? Any basis or just you're dreaming of it?

It is not good for any product to go so fast because it may come back also very fast unless something really has changed in the business model. What I know, now it should correct some level and start moving up will be good for longer term stable prices otherwise always need to worry about the next fall.
