currently it's very difficult to get referral but if you're getting tired with social media because the results was beyond out of your expectation probably makes a blog with full review works for you and to attract more people give them small rewards when they register under your reff or probably you could make some contest with the particular prize

Well, I agree if now it's hard enough to get a referral, but both are pretty good suggestions. Create a contest to promote a product or site I think this way can be effective to try and do. |

Agrees with you, forums and social media is very useful for promotional products and links. There are 2 reasons why people are not interested in this, the material is unattractive and wrong strategies. If promoting a product or link that is not interesting of course it will be useless, so try to make interesting promotional materials. Wrong strategy and that's like you say, make a post about a product or link related to bitcoin to food or to a place that has nothing to do with bitcoin and it will also be useless. Try to post in the appropriate place, will definitely attract people. Yes definitely, forums and social media is useful, if used correctly, that's why we are here in this forum anyway, right? Just be mindful of few things like, will the supposed intended target people can easily understand what you refer? Or is the way you promote catchy and attention-grabbing? Also is it true or just scams? Just place yourself in the shoes of who will read your articles and put what you want to read or know and it will be just right. |

For me the best way to promote your products or links is in social media, its really a big help to spread awareness using it especially if you have many followers or friends. but it depends on the products you want to offer, there are certain things that most people are not interested despite of your effort.

Total shit?I dont think so, since these two things are the most good spot on advertising your products or links since there are lots of users or traffic are commonly present which means chances of getting referrals or buyers is high and i think the problem is isnt on the forum or social media but on the way on how you gonna introduce your product/link.If you see that its ineffective on promoting on those places then better to change plan and the way you present it, make it more catchy and attractive. |

For me probably the best way to promote links or products are from blogs or ads giving an incentives special a decent one can bust a potential affiliate to be a part of your team. I have seen it before they
give their affiliates a 50% RCB and it is working really good and they earned probably a huge one

Don't underestimate the power of social medias, they are bringing millions of profit to those small entrepreneurs that is using that medium for promoting their products. And also in forums, the best forum to promote is those that has thousands of members and like here in btctalk, advertisement and promotion here is worth it. |

Social medias got billions of audiences and imagine if your product will be seen even millions of people out there well it can make your product go viral at the time it will spread onthere but you should make some unique way on how to promote your product and make it catchy so that people will spend time to look at on what would be the content,specs or anything feature might your product have. But also don't just look for advertising instead focus on quality since people will just came on you if your product 100% durable.

It's certainly extremely easy today to promote your product at basically 0 cost, something that wasn't possible not long ago. Social media definitely is great but there are many other methods. If you already have a shop online, email subscription is great, most people will automatically sign up for it when they sign up to your page and then you only have to use an automatic system to send them offers, discounts, etc...
Affiliate programs also work very effectively and you would only have to pay them if they make the sale so it's still basically 0 real cost for you.
Referral marketing also works great and it is very easy to implement, you can just make any product you have available to be referred like a button where they can share the product on different social media.
Youtube can also be very helpful if you can make an useful video for your product/link. It doesn't need millions of views either to be effective. All of these are of course free ways to do it, you can always buy ads on different websites to promote them. Spending money on advertising is a good idea, look at the big companies and how much money they spend on advertising and also take a look at how many shitty products make so much money just because of advertisement.
