I told a friend about bitcoin and bitcointalk, but when he created his account here he had his VPN on.

So his account got some "unit of evil" because I guess this VPN IP has already been used to do wrong things.

I assure he is 100% legit and I know him IRL.

Can somebody do something to help him out ?

lol You do know right the guy who vouched for his friend to get white listed is been on the forum for quite a while and holds a reputation for his words to be taken as truth ?
