Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

The payment, control of completions etc simply took too much time. I have put some of the process on auto, so in the future the payment will occur faster. Also the increasing fees and transaction times on the bitcoin network really made me think if it was logic to use 4 USD to pay 2 USD to those who completes the task.
