Turn it off - it will not help anything when it comes to mining.  If you are using one GPU to game on you can have the other GPU mining while you game etc... with Crossfire off of course. If this is a dedicated mining rig then I don't think it will hurt anything, but I'd turn it off personally.

Crossfire will actually HURT hashrate a lot of the time when it is active.

Just turn it off (and check, sometimes AMD drivers want to turn it ON without asking you).
